Wait time Rate: A wait time rate of $15.00 billed per 30-minute increments will be charged in addition to other rates. This rate is higher outside of normal business hours.

Surcharge Rate: A surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile may apply for pick-up and drop-off addresses over 20 miles from the dispatch location.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations. A cancellation fee of $30 may be assessed for any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

Late Show/No Show: Our drivers will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If the customer is over 15 minutes late and/or cannot be contacted via phone or physical address, a cancellation fee of $30 may be assessed.
